30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Any time you purchase a Bing Han International Australia product, you have the right to have it for 30 days. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you may return your purchase or the unopened product. You will be offered a choice of replacement with a delivery charge or a refund please see return policy.
EXCHANGES AND PRODUCT RETURNS
To exchange or return a product in accordance with the relevant guarantees and warranties, please ensure you have the information from the invoice that accompanied the product, or any order confirmation sent by Bing Han International Australia. You can simply Contact us.
PRODUCT RETURNS TO BING HAN International Australia
- Contact us to arrange collection for items with a delivery charge.
- The Returns label(s) and a Product Returns Sheet will be sent to you via email or SMS.
- Item(s) should be securely packed into a carton (s) with the Product Returns Sheet placed inside.
- Attach the supplied Returns label on the outside of the carton (s) and wait for the driver for collection. The Driver will not collect the item without the return label.
- Contact us for a return address.
- The Product Returns Sheet will be sent to you via email or SMS.
- Arrange delivery service on your own.
- Item(s) should be securely packed into a carton (s) with the Product Returns Sheet placed inside.
- Provide us the tracking number of your shipment.
Please retain copy of the Product Returns Sheet as proof of lodgement and for tracking purposes.
GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES
All Bing Han Ginseng Powder products are made from 100% Panax Ginseng, which are grown naturally in the Changbai Mountain and packages are double sealed and come with a serial number for tracking purpose.
All the Bing Han products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Laws or other relevant laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation unless stock went out with an early notice.
Guarantees and warranties do not apply where products have been damaged or misused after receipt.
